Can we use two or more systems at the same time?

Yes! This series supports multi-set operation with the following maximum simultaneous system configurations:

  • PTU-1U: up to 5 units
  • PTU-2U: up to 3 units

The true diversity series features 1000 tunable frequency groups for your adjustment or multiset operation the same time. You are suggested to use no more than 6 channels simultaneously (band and RF environment depend).

Can I use a microphone to work with several receivers at the same time?

You are advised not to do this. If you pair one mic to several receivers, receiver antennas can not receive ideally stable signals.

How can I deal with occasional noise or cutoff?

You can initiate the auto-scan function to find a cleaner frequency to operate, adjust the SQL setting to minimize white noise, and check if the power supply voltage is stable and sufficient. Will it work in my country and be compatible with 220V? Do I need to hook these mics up to other devices to output the sound?

Our power adapter specification is INPUT: AC 110V-240V, 50/60 Hz. OUTPUT: DC 13.5V, 500mA. So, it will work well at 220V. This wireless microphone system needs to work with an amplifier or speaker to output the sound. It is not a standalone unit that can work on its own. It is a device that can pick up your sound and transmit your sound wirelessly. However, outputting the sound will need other equipment.

Can rechargeable batteries be used with mics? Are these mics compatible with other brands of capsule, headset or lapel mic?

They are also suitable for rechargeable batteries; please ensure that the battery is 1.5V for best results. Handheld microphones are not compatible with other brands of capsules due to the difference in circuit design. But the bodypack will be compatible with other headset/lapel mics. Just make sure they are mini 3 pin xlr interfaces.
